Do I need a doctor's referral for rehabilitation?
For reimbursed medical rehabilitation you need a referral (form 027/a) from your physician. Sanatorium (commercial) programmes and individual procedures can be booked without a referral.
What should I bring for my stay?
Please bring an identity document, your medical referral if you have one, any recent test results or MRI/CT images, and personal items. Recommended arrival time is 8:00–11:30.
